Managing Twitter with Helpninja
Twitter integration helps you seamlessly manage your Twitter mentions in tandem with the rest of your support.
1) Go to Manage -> Apps
2) Click on Twitter from the list of apps.
3) Click on Connect button, this will redirect you to the twitter page
4) Click on Add new button and select your twitter handle and mailbox which you prefer to receive twitter mentions. And click Add button
