Auto-forwarding from G Suite

Forwarding email from G Suite /Gmail is the straightforward process among all.

Open up your mailbox under Manage > Mailboxes. Here select the Connection Settings on the left menu.

On the Connection Settings page, click on the Incoming tab, and you'll see the unique identifier address which is your forwarding alias. Copy it to your clipboard and head over to Gmail.

Click on the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner of Gmail, then click the Settings option from the drop-down menu.

Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab from the top menu. Then click the Add a forwarding address button.

You'll see a pop-up window asking for your forwarding address. Paste the address you copied earlier into the text field, then hit Next. A pop-up will appear where you will be asked to confirm what you just did, so hit Proceed, followed by OK in the next window to close it out.

Head back to Help Ninja and refresh your mailbox. You should see an email from Google with a verification code. Copy the code and go to your Gmail Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP menu. Here paste the confirmation coder and verify.

Take a look at the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab again in Gmail to make sure forwarding is enabled. You can choose what to do with the messages in your Gmail inbox as well. We recommend keeping a copy in the inbox, but it's totally up to you. Don't forget to save when you're done editing your forwarding rule. There's a Save Changes button hiding at the bottom of the page.

That will do it - head back into Help Ninja to see your emails in your mailbox!
Next steps: Set up SPF and DKIM to allow Help Ninja servers to send emails on your behalf, or set up Google oAuth or use your own mail server to have your email sent from your Google account.
